The 2026 Summer Migration is here!

We’re excited to once again bring our teams together in Portland for CDP’s Summer Migration. Over three days, we’ll connect across offices, explore the Portland community, visit CDP properties, and spend meaningful time learning, collaborating, and celebrating as a team. From workshops and site visits to shared meals, games, and time together outside the office, this gathering is designed to strengthen relationships, deepen alignment, and build momentum for the work ahead.
